Important – older GSM systems (TC3 / TC4) are no longer working

Older Webasto GSM control systems such as ThermoCall TC3, TC4 Entry and TC4 Advanced rely on 2G and 3G mobile networks. These networks are currently being phased out across Europe.

This means that these units will gradually stop working and can no longer be used to control your heater remotely.

If you have one of these systems, the solution is to upgrade to Webasto ThermoConnect.

ThermoConnect uses modern 4G and 5G LTE networks and automatically connects to the strongest available signal. This provides a stable and future-proof solution with significantly improved functionality.

The system includes a subscription that is free for the first year. After that, the service costs approximately 45 EUR per year and is paid directly in the app using a standard payment card. It is also possible to purchase a voucher, but this is typically a more expensive option.
